Jessica Lowndes was born in Canada. She's an actress, performer and music producer. Lowndes was also the latest ex-Hallmark Channel employee to sign to GAC Family, which is run by Bill Abbott. Abbott is a former executive at Crown Media Family Networks, the company that owns Hallmark Channel. Abbott introduced Hallmark Channel stars he knew when he was President.
