April Lockhart
April Lockhart (born July 4 April, 1995) began her musical journey at the age of 7 when she started piano and guitar classes. April's first song was Different, which she wrote at 12 years of age. When she was 14, April devoted much of her time to writing and practicing songs. Then, in the following months, April began traveling with her father and to write songs at home in NY as well as LA. April started to incorporate additional relevant subjects into the"Take my Hand song for some acquaintances, including peer pressure problems and suicides among teenagers. Lockhart is a well-known lifestyle influencer, as well as being a partner with clean beauty brands Ilia she has gained an impressive fan base. Her birthplace didn't come with a left hand, and that is why she's the person she is. But that's far from the whole story. Lockhart doesn't deny her disability on her Instagram account, but she isn't making it the focal point of the post. What message is it trying to convey? We all have multiple aspects and that we are all unique and we're beyond our physical bodies. Lockhart stated in a video interview that she does not want to be defined solely by her handicap. She doesn't wish to become an advocate for disabled people who only speaks about it. There are many aspects of Lockhart. It doesn't affect my everyday life. All is well and I've learned to adjust. However, I also consider that it is a crucial aspect of me. Self-acceptance is a lifelong marathon however Lockhart is an absolute inspiration for this aspect. Even so, Lockhart admits having moments of feeling uneasy about her appearance, and the clothes that showed her arms. She can wear whatever she'd like, and is proud to share photos of herself wearing these clothes. It's all a process is the most important thing. I'm not certain that will ever be the end of self-love. It's true for all, no matter what their levels of anxiety. I believe having friends around you who really are aware of you and know the depths of your soul is vital because they'll be the people that remind you of what are you concerned about?
